Policies

All pets must be current on their Rabies vaccine (Proof from the veterinarian required for ALL services)

We must wait 48 hours after any vaccine to groom your pet.

All appointments have a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours there will be a late cancellation fee of $50 for each dog.

All no shows will have a no show fee at next appointment

you have 1 hour to pick up your pet after you get the call that your dog is done. After 1 hour you will be charged $10 per hour/ per dog.

Pets left after closing will be charged a $50 fee after 30 minutes

If your pet has an emergency while in our care we will take them to the nearest vet hospital 

We do not take any pet that has been given any kind a sedative or calming medication.

We do not take pets with any kind of open wounds or sores.

We do not take any pets that are in heat, pregnant, or nursing.
